9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with service providers (hosting, analytics) who act on our behalf and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

10. Processors and transfers outside the EU

Vercel Inc. (hosting, audience measurement, file storage; United States: Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses); Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union); Sentry (technical error monitoring; hosted in the European Union); Anthropic (assistant in the “Test us” widget: the messages you type are processed to generate the reply; United States, standard contractual clauses). The /audit quiz collects no personal data.

When PMF processes personal data on behalf of a client, a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is signed with that client.
