Celyn, the European cultural recommendation API: press, podcasts and radio ingested continuously, enriched by EU LLMs (Mistral) with pgvector search.
View the platform (opens in a new tab)Celyn is the cultural recommendation API that powers the studio's apps (Keskonfé, Trêve). The idea: continuously listen to what the press, radio and social are talking about — reviews, podcasts, articles — to extract works, opinions and events, then recommend them near the user. Its promise fits in one line: "the taste of the moment, turned into data."
Turn a messy stream of heterogeneous sources (Radio France podcasts, regional and national press, X / Instagram / TikTok, live radio) into a clean, time-stamped and geolocated cultural graph — without hallucination, at controlled cost, and on a European stack (Mistral LLM, Scaleway hosting); backup inference via Groq (US).
Celyn takes the opposite bet of the recommendation giants: no opaque feed, but cultural intelligence grounded in criticism and the press — what real curators actually say — to surface the right outing, in the right place, at the right time. A reusable infrastructure that already serves several of the studio's apps.
