Keskonfé, the iOS cultural-discovery app: a place · time · mood feed, brutalist editorial design, powered by the Celyn API. What's on, near you.
View the platform (opens in a new tab)Keskonfé answers a simple question — "what shall we do?" — with what the press is talking about, near you. It's a native iOS app (SwiftUI) for cultural discovery, powered by the Celyn API, dressed in a brutalist editorial design system ("papier · encre · une").
Cultural discovery is either too generic (bloated listings) or too algorithmic. Keskonfé's bet: a feed driven by three human intentions — where I am, when, and what I'm in the mood for — rather than by engagement.
Keskonfé holds a strong opinion: culture deserves better than an infinite scroll. By starting from intent rather than the algorithm, and leaning on the criticism aggregated by Celyn, the app surfaces outings that actually make sense — with a visual identity that breaks sharply from classic listings apps.
