Digital leadership for the Games: 4.9M members engaged on the Club Paris 2024 ecosystem, a €20M+ budget, cross-functional teams, a non-negotiable deadline.
Directing the Paris 2024 digital ecosystem: making the Paris 2024 Club (club.paris2024.org) the single engagement hub of the Games, over several years, with a €20M+ budget and one non-negotiable delivery date — the flame is only lit once.
Take an engagement platform from a few hundred thousand to several million members without breaking the experience, the data, or the teams. Carry a national load, over years, in coordination with dozens of partners.
The Paris 2024 Club became the digital front door to the Games, run as a single product rather than a scatter of sites. A national platform held at scale, millions of members engaged through the final day, and a €20M+ budget owned end to end. No corporate jargon: a national platform, millions of members, one single delivery date.
