We designed and built its direct booking platform.
A luxury maison isn't booked like a standard room. It needed a journey worthy of the experience (restrained, "quiet luxury"), frictionless and fail-safe payments (deposits, long stays), always-accurate availability while calendars live across several channels — all editable by the house itself, without a developer.
By owning direct booking, Le Couvent turns every reservation into a guest relationship kept and a commission saved. The direct channel, starting from zero, has become the first — and the most reliable. It's an asset the house owns and that compounds month over month, independent of the platforms and their rules.
